This role is suited to an educator confident teaching Digital Technologies (7-10) within a high-performing and values-driven State school in Inner Brisbane environment.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver engaging Digital Technologies lessons that build foundational skills in areas such as coding, computational thinking, data representation and digital systems.
Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages problem‐solving, creativity and safe, responsible use of digital tools.
Assess student learning using a variety of formative and summative methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan units,



share resources and contribute to whole‐school digital literacy initiatives.

Patient, supportive and student‐centred, able to break down complex concepts and build confidence in learners of all abilities.
Creative and adaptable, using varied teaching strategies to make digital concepts engaging, practical and relevant.
Collaborative and team‐oriented, contributing positively to faculty planning, resource sharing and whole‐school initiatives.

Relevant teaching qualification
Current (or ability to obtain) QCT registration
