ROLE OVERVIEW: As the IT Manager (Systems managing external IT vendors; selecting establishment of cybersecurity frameworks; implementation of ongoing AI governance; as well as end-user support for a small yet growing number of internal staff.
Responsibilities include: Business Systems and Digital Transformation Lead the scoping, sourcing, evaluation, procurement and implementation of new technology platforms, including CRM and core business applications.




Business requirements gathering with stakeholders to understands needs then translate into practical deliverables.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through current and emerging technologies.
Act as the system owner for key IT platforms and applications.
AI meeting room / VC support etc Monitor system performance and coordinate support/issue resolution with external providers.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL QUALITIES: Suitable for a hands-on IT Lead / IT Manager who thrives in smaller close-knit environments where you get to 'wear multiple hats' and wants to make a difference in a small yet high-performance organisation.
