We're hiring a Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and better ways of working — delivering measurable outcomes across technology, ERP/SAP, digital transformation, process improvement and emerging AI.
What you'll do Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements Engage and manage stakeholders across business and technical teams Map, model and analyse current- and future-state business processes Identify and drive business process improvement opportunities Produce clear documentation — requirements, process maps, specifications and user stories Support technology, ERP/SAP and digital transformation initiatives Identify automation opportunities and support their delivery Contribute to AI opportunity identification and assessment work,
