Job Role : - IT Process Engineer Job Location: - Sydney Experience : - 5 +Years Job Roles Responsibilities : - Analyzing, designing, and implementing IT processes Ensuring alignment between Client s global, regional, and local IT processes Identifying and implementing improvements to IT processes Collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to align IT processes Comprehensive documentation of processes and maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals Ensuring compliance with Client and regulatory guidelines, rules and standards, and internal governance policies Supporting audits and risk assessments by providing process documentation and evidence of controls Monitoring, measuring,



and reporting on process performance and effectiveness Job Skills Requirements : - Degree: Bachelor s in IT/Computer Science or related Experience: 5+ years in IT process engineering Improvement Methodologies: Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC) Automation/Scripting: UiPath, PowerShell, Python Cloud Platforms: Azure and/or AWS Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis problem solving Preferred :- Financial services domain Agile Waterfall methodologies BPMN/UML process modelling Certifications: ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma belts, PMP Experience in global teams financial regulatory environments
