Bookings Client Experience Coordinator Full-time | Gold Coast Are you highly organised, confident with people and someone who naturally takes ownership?
Coastal Babysitters is looking for a switched-on Bookings Client Experience Coordinator to keep our busy bookings operation running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced role combining bookings and sitter management, customer service, administration and sales.
You'll work across the whole booking journey, from the first family enquiry through to coordinating sitters, solving problems and making sure every booking is looked after.
You'll often be working independently, so we're looking for someone who can think on their feet, make decisions and get things done without needing constant direction.
What you'll be doing Managing a high volume of babysitting bookings across multiple regions Responding to phone, email and online enquiries Speaking confidently with families, understanding what they need and converting enquiries into bookings Following up potential bookings so opportunities aren't missed Coordinating and communicating with our large team of babysitters Monitoring upcoming and unfilled bookings and taking action early Handling changes, cancellations and problems calmly and confidently Managing day-to-day administration and keeping our systems accurate Prioritising competing tasks and making decisions in a fast-moving setting Spotting problems,



finding solutions and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Helping us continually improve the experience for both families and babysitters About you You'll thrive in this role if you: Are highly organised and love keeping on top of lots of moving parts Are confident, proactive and comfortable making decisions Take ownership and follow things through Are great on the phone and genuinely enjoy dealing with people Have a natural sales ability without being pushy Can prioritise quickly when everything feels important Know how to build strong relationships and make both families and sitters feel valued Are comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Stay calm and solution-focused when plans suddenly change Are confident with technology, CRMs and learning new systems Notice the little things other people sometimes miss Experience in bookings, administration, customer service, sales, reservations, hospitality, events, recruitment or another fast-paced service business would be highly regarded.
