Mediix is partnering with an established multidisciplinary private practice in Melbourne's northern suburbs to appoint a Speech Pathologist to their growing team.

Whether you want to build a paediatric caseload, focus on adults, or work across both, the practice will shape the role around your clinical strengths and the areas you want to grow into.
This is a fully clinic-based position — no driving between schools or client homes, no community travel — with a warm, collegial team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and allied health support staff working out of a contemporary, purpose-designed clinic.
About the role You'll build your own caseload from the practice's steady referral base.
Depending on your preference, that might look like: Paediatrics — early language delay, ASD, DLD, articulation and phonology, fluency, AAC, school-age literacy and social communication Adults — acquired communication disorders, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication and dysphagia Mixed — a genuine blend across ages, if variety is what you're after Day to day, you will: Complete comprehensive assessments and formulate clear clinical impressions Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans Deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic, with group work where clinically indicated Collaborate closely with the in-house MDT on shared clients Partner with families,
