Your responsibilities will include : Greeting customers and managing service appointments Preparing repair orders and accurately documenting customer concerns Liaising with technicians regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance Preparing quotations and obtaining customer authorisation Providing regular updates throughout the repair process Managing workshop bookings and vehicle workflow Delivering exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through to collection Building lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and genuinely wants to build a career in the automotive industry.
You'll ideally possess :
