The Opportunity Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Manager to join their Corporate Advisory team in Sydney.
You will play a key role in delivering strategic advice across a variety of transactions, including valuations, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, capital raisings and independent expert reports.
You will be responsible for overseeing workflow, supporting team development, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to progress their career within a collaborative and growing advisory environment.
About You 6 8 years experience within a Chartered Accounting or professional services firm, with strong Corporate Advisory experience.
Proven experience across valuations, due diligence, financial modelling, and transaction advisory.
CA qualification or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using market research and financial databases such as Capital IQ, IBISWorld, or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver corporate advisory engagements across multiple industries.
Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality delivery and development.
Build relationships with clients and contribute to business development opportunities.
