ensuring consistency and alignment to requirements · Lead and manage UAT activities, including early preview UAT and full UAT cycles · Support data migration testing and validation, including functional validation using migrated data · Manage defect triage, tracking, and resolution coordination · Develop and execute test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing cycles · Maintain accurate test artefacts in Azure DevOps · Ensure alignment with IMOS standards and project governance requirements Requirements SAP Payroll Consultant (ECP / Payroll) • Deep SAP Payroll functional knowledge including payroll configuration, wage types, schema/rules, and payroll operations.
• Ability to work directly with payroll business teams to understand legislative, award, and operational requirements.
• Experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, defect management, and production support activities.
• Good understanding of payroll integrations, time management, finance posting, and downstream systems.
Able to translate complex payroll business requirements into practical SAP payroll solutions and guide technical teams.
