About the Role:




You'll deliver assessment and therapy across the lifespan, with a caseload that's approx. 80% NDIS, 10% Medicare, and 10% private. The role focuses on communication and functional goals through a behaviour-informed lens, with opportunities to collaborate on planning and stakeholder engagement.
You'll work in a hybrid model with full access to resources, supported by a Senior SP (10+ years' experience) and multidisciplinary team. Billable targets are adaptable depending on experience, typically 5–5.5 per day.
Support Available:
Enjoy weekly or fortnightly 1:1 supervision, shadowing opportunities, and included internal PD. Access uncapped external PD with Director approval, plus 2 days PD leave (pro rata). Progress your career through specialisation, leadership, or involvement in business-focused initiatives like education and training.

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
