Woodlands Enterprises is a well-established Australian agribusiness committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Workers to support the daily operation of our Feed Mill.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things properly, and understands the importance of safety and teamwork in a production environment.

About the role
n
Reporting to the Feed Mill Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily production and operation of the feed mill, ensuring materials are processed safely, efficiently and to standard.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Operating and managing production processes using Probatch
n
Preparing premix ingredients as required
n
Receiving and processing grain deliveries via the weighbridge
n
Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping across all feed mill areas
n
Undertaking manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
n
Following all Work Health and Safety policies, procedures and instructions
n
Performing other duties within the scope of the role as required
n

4 days x 12 hour shifts - weekdays, weekends, day and evening
n

You will ideally have

Previous experience in a production or industrial role (advantageous)
n
A current forklift licence (essential)
n
Basic computer skills
n
A strong work ethic and positive attitude

Physically fit and capable of manual work
