One of the most effective ways MPtc fills seats at Bellamy Hall is through high‐visibility roadside signs. We are seeking a proactive Local Promotions Assistant to help us scout high‐traffic locations and secure permission from local property owners to display our show advertising boards (hoardings).
Key Responsibilities
Location Scouting: Identify high‐visibility, high‐traffic roads and intersections across the Mornington Peninsula suitable for temporary signs.
Community Outreach: Approach local residents or businesses with prominent fences to ask if they would be willing to host an MPtc show board.
Permission Management: Keep a simple log of confirmed addresses, homeowner contact details, and dates for when signs can be installed and removed.
Coordination: Liaison with the MPtc production crew to let them know where and when to physically install and take down the secure boards.
What We're Looking For
A friendly, confident, and polite communicator who enjoys chatting with people in the local community.
Good knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula road network and high‐traffic spots.
Highly organised with the ability to track permissions systematically.
Note: You will not be required to physically install the heavy signs or do unannounced door‐knocking; we provide qualified flyers and digital scripts to help you approach contacts safely.
