Burleigh Heads Rugby League Football Club – Miami QLD is seeking a full-time Duty Manager to oversee daily operations in a newly renovated venue. You will manage face-to-face operations, lead by example, and ensure smooth running of the licensed club with a hands-on approach.
The role offers a excellent rotational roster, including a 4-day week with mix of days, nights and weekends to support work-life balance. You will be responsible for safety, staff training, and promotional activities.
