A disability services provider in Gladstone is seeking dedicated support staff to assist clients in achieving their goals per their NDIS plans. The role involves helping with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and providing transportation. Ideal candidates will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in individual support, a solid understanding of the NDIS guidelines, and the ability to work with diverse clients. Immediate start requires an active Blue Card. Ongoing training will be provided.
