About the Role

You'll support clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by providing:
Personal care and mobility assistance
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
Social support and companionship
Community access and transport to appointments
Emotional support and meaningful engagement
Encouraging independence while supporting clients to achieve their personal goals
Availability
