Overview
Are you passionate about creating inclusive, impactful community health services? We're looking for a Program Manager Home Support to join the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) to help shape and deliver high-quality home care programs that make a real difference in people's lives. Please note this role is multi-classed as ASO6 or AHP3 or RN/RM3 and classification will be determined by qualifications held.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and management of Home Support programs.
Drive community participation, service delivery, and achieve key performance indicators.
Ensure equitable access to services for those in need, with a focus on early intervention and prevention.
Enhance the quality and safety of services, adhering to National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
Foster collaboration across government bodies and communities to provide integrated services.
Develop innovative solutions that respond to community health needs.
What We're Looking For
Leadership Skills:
Strong communicator with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and motivational abilities.
Experience:
Background in management, project leadership, financial and resource management, and working within a healthcare setting.
Qualifications:
To be appointed to RN/RM3 level you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, with at least 3 years post registration experience.



To be appointed to AHP3 level you must hold a recognised qualification within the relevant allied health profession, and be eligible for full membership of the relevant Professional Association.
