Our client is a dynamic, Australian-owned national organisation that prides itself on delivering exceptional service. Operating in a fast-paced environment, they are looking for a well-organised and efficient full-time Administrator to join their high-performing, successful team.
The Role
In this fast-paced position, you will be the central hub connecting clients and field/service teams. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinating service teams/technicians across Australia daily, processing work orders, and prioritising incoming requests to meet customer SLAs.
Workflow Management: Managing works in progress (WIP) and collaborating with teams to reduce outstanding tasks and streamline operations.
System Administration: Utilizing internal job management/ERP software to enter project details, track progress, and order required materials.
Office Operations: Managing general administrative duties including phone and email enquiries, data entry, invoice processing, client reporting,
and maintaining compliance records.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Proven Experience: Prior experience in a Service Administration, Operations, or Service Coordination role.
Tech Savvy: Confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite and experience adapting to internal database systems.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a deeply customer-centric focus.
Mindset: A "can-do" attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
Team Player: A passion for delivering excellent outcomes and a willingness to go above and beyond in a collaborative workplace.
