What you'll bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current QLD Working with Children Check
Experience leading practice improvements and supporting educator development
Passion for mentoring, coaching, and building educator capability
