We are currently looking for aRegisteredNurse(RN)to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinically experiencedRNwith aged care coordination or management experience, who is confident in leading care teams and supervising others in an CommunityNurseRole.
About the Role:
As a subcontractedRNwith NDCS, you will provide direct clinical care while also supervising EnrolledNurses(ENs) and disability support workers to ensure the safe and effective delivery of services in line with client care plans and NDIS quality standards(Community).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care including wound management, medication administration, continence and catheter care, and chronic condition monitoring.
Conduct health assessments and develop or contribute to person-centred care plans.
Supervise, mentor, and clinically guide EnrolledNursesand support workers.




Ensure all team members are following care plans and clinical protocols appropriately.
Collaborate with clients, families, GPs, allied health professionals, and the internal NDCS care team.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with NDIS and aged care standards.
Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement in all aspects of care.
What We Offer:
Subcontractor pay range: $48/hr to $95/hr

Required Qualifications:
Current AHPRA registration as aRegisteredNurse.
Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, including experience in aged care coordination or management.
Strong leadership or supervisory skills preferred.
First Aid and CPR Certificate.
NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
Completed NDIS Orientation and mandatory modules.
Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle.
