Room Leader Position
We're looking for a passionate Room Leader to lead a dedicated team and make a difference!

About You
You're a strong and inspiring leader who values teamwork, collaboration, and clear communication. You build genuine, trusting relationships with families and the wider community, recognising the importance of connection in early learning.



Passionate about play‐based learning, you advocate for children's voices and are committed to making a meaningful impact on their learning journeys. You love being a part of the community, and engaging and interacting with families at events, and enjoy organising and planning activities to support the locals.
As a Diploma Qualified/Bachelor Qualified Room Leader, you will oversee the planning and implementation of interactive, nurturing and child led learning activities that reflect the EYLF & VEYLDF to the nursery room.
Qualifications
Diploma in EC/Bachelor's in Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent
2 years experience as a Room Leader minimum
WWCC-E
First Aids, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLF and NQS
Full Working Rights in Australia
