Overview
As a Bartender at AURA, you'll be the face behind the bar — delivering exceptional service, crafting quality drinks, and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and uphold the venue's standards of professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and venue specifications.
Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies, polishing glassware, and ensuring all workstations are tidy.
Process payments accurately through the POS system, handling cash and card transactions securely.




Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with all RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) regulations.
Assist with bar set-up and pack-down, ensuring stock is rotated and inventory levels are maintained.
Collaborate with other team members and support floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of bartending or hospitality experience in a high-volume venue (preferred).
Current RSA certificate (mandatory).
Solid cocktail-making skills (desirable) and knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and mixers.
Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
