About the Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide direct, in-home support to clients living with acquired spinal cord injuries, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Personal Care including grooming, bathing, dressing and oral hygiene
Assisting with transfers using hoists
Toileting support, including bladder and bowel management
Light domestic support such as meal preparation, cleaning and laundry

About You
We Are Looking For Dedicated People Who
Communicate clearly and build genuine connections with clients
Can commit to a fixed fortnightly roster
Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Hold, or willing to obtain, an NDIS Workers Screening Card and Working with Children Card
Have relevant experience or qualifications in disability, nursing or community care is highly regarded
