Thursday 1 Oct ***********: Distribution AM/ Clinic PM – Attend handover in the rehabilitation meeting room. General Medicine rounds with BPT and intern during the morning, Renal clinic from 12pm.
Friday 2 Oct ***********: Attend handover in the rehabilitation meeting room. Distribution AM, Renal PM. Physician on call on site *********, off site ***********. Transfer of care of existing patients. Set up tasks for JMOs and Registrars. Take calls for admissions and additional call enquiries.
12 Pm Renal CLinic
Saturday 3 Oct: Physician on call on site ***********, off site ***********. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries.
Sunday 4 Oct:
