Crystalbrook Sam in Adelaide is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our opening team. You will lead a high-performing kitchen, translate the food vision into every plate, and help establish a culture built on collaboration, quality and care.
You will work closely with culinary leaders to craft menus, manage stock and food cost, coach staff, and ensure exceptional standards across hygiene, presentation and guest experience as we open recent venues under Crystalbrook Collection.
