What you'd actually be doing
Run the day-to-day Business Advisory and Tax relationship for your clients, not just the compliance work sitting behind it
Sit in front of clients regularly. This role is genuinely interactive, not a back-office production seat
Help build and grow the portfolio alongside your Partner, so the client base you're managing in twelve months looks bigger than the one you started with
Manage and mentor a small team, with real input into how they develop
Get exposure to the kind of clients that make the work interesting: entertainment, agriculture, technology, property, health, NFP, professional services, retail and trading, plus some of the wealthiest SME and family groups in the local market

You'll recognise yourself here if:
You're CA or CPA qualified, with 5 to 9 years of solid Business Services and Tax experience in a local Chartered Accounting firm
You're comfortable being the person a client calls, not just the person who prepares what's behind the scenes
You want to build business development skills, not just technical ones
