An excellent chance exists for an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a growing civil contractor delivering subdivision projects across South East Queensland.
With a strong reputation in the market, a healthy pipeline of secured work, and a brand-new office on Brisbane's southside, the business is entering an exciting growth phase and is seeking a commercially minded estimator to play a key role in its continued success.
This position offers more than just estimating. You will work closely with senior management, contribute to strategic business decisions, and oversee the development of a Junior Estimator while leading the tendering function across the business.
The company delivers a variety of civil subdivision and land development projects,
typically ranging from smaller developments through to projects valued at
up to $10 million
.

Strong understanding of earthworks, roads, drainage and services
