About the role
We are seeking a
Park Manager
for our West Beach Park. The role offers a good work‐life balance with weekend and public holiday work.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service, including guest briefings and active supervision/monitoring of patrons
Lead, manage, and enforce safety standards for guests and team members, including responding to emergencies and performing rescues when required
Maintain a safe and compliant workplace at all times
Complete operational requirements including inspections, audits, and reporting documentation
Carry out minor maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, general upkeep, and ensuring equipment/platforms are safe and level
Lead end‐to‐end recruitment processes including interviewing, onboarding, training, and ensuring staff hold all required qualifications and competencies
Maintain a hands‐on operational presence, including the ability to safely lift loads of up to 15kg
Qualifications
Experienced and confident manager with proven leadership and people management skills
Strong ability to build, develop,



and support high‐performing teams in rapid‐paced operational environments
Experience managing day‐to‐day business operations, including staff training, rostering, onboarding, and performance support
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to enforce safety standards and operational procedures
Valid Working with Children Check, current First Aid and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
Experience in hospitality or customer service operations highly regarded
