Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a skilled and cheerful Service Centre agent to join our Reservations team. Based at The Rocks, you will promptly manage guest requests, handle calls, and provide accurate and expeditious service to guests and colleagues.
You will work with Sevenrooms and a range of hotel systems (Alcatel, OmniVista, Opera, INFRASYS, Pay TV, Book360, Alice, Service360) to ensure seamless reservations and guest satisfaction.
