Benetas is seeking a Workforce Development Lead to join the People, Culture and Diversity team on a full time 12-month contract. You will lead a small team of two and deliver learning, capability and organisational development across workforce readiness, employee development and high performance.
The role embeds the Capability Framework, develops scopes and plans, and partners with internal and external providers to drive evidence-informed solutions.
