We're working with a well-established building contractor seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of high-rise and mixed-use projects around
Brisbane CBD
.
This is a hands-on Project Manager position where you'll oversee the project from design coordination and procurement through to practical completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of high-rise and mixed-use construction projects.
Coordinate consultants, design, procurement, subcontractors and site operations.
Manage project budgets, programmes, costs, variations and timelines.
Drive quality, WHS, compliance and proactive risk management.
Manage key stakeholders and deliver projects through to completion and handover.
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager in delivering high-rise or mixed-use construction projects.
Strong technical and commercial understanding of construction delivery.
Confident with drawings, programmes, budgets and subcontractor management.
Robust leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
