Strong AWS data engineering experience, particularly across data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration services
Proven experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex ETL/ELT pipelines
Robust SQL skills, ideally with Redshift experience
Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments
Ability to independently investigate issues, identify root causes and drive outcomes with limited direction
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across both business and technical teams
