Bench Media is seeking an experienced Head of Performance to lead our performance capability across programmatic, paid search and paid social. You'll drive strategy, oversee a seven-person team and work with senior client stakeholders to improve outcomes.
You'll partner with the Client Services team to translate data into actionable recommendations, shaping Bench's performance proposition and evolving how campaigns are planned, managed and measured.
