This exceeding-rated, award-winning early learning service in Miranda is seeking a passionate Diploma or Cert III Educator to join our preschool team.

Supportive, close-knit team
Work alongside a friendly team of four dedicated educators in our preschool room.
Above award wages, up to $40 per hour
We recognise and reward the experience you bring.
Small group, high-quality care
Only 20 children in the preschool room, with above-ratio staffing. We are looking to add a fourth educator to further strengthen the team.
Paid programming time 2-3 hours weekly off floor
Enjoy three hours each week dedicated to documentation, programming, and critical reflection.
Play-based learning with a focus on independence
We encourage hands-on learning that builds confidence, resilience, and curiosity.

What we're looking for
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, with at least one year of experience
Strong documentation and programming skills
Confident contributing to high-quality programs and critical reflection
A collaborative team player
Someone who values strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
A proactive and creative educator
Passionate about play-based learning and bringing fresh ideas to the team
