Covalent Lithium is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop, deliver and improve fixed plant training at the Kwinana Refinery. You will coach Operations and Technical teams, conduct competency assessments, and build workforce capability to safely operate refinery equipment and systems.
The role is a permanent full time position based at the Kwinana Refinery, with Monday to Friday work and emphasis on operational readiness and regulatory compliance.
