Key Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan menus, assess seasonal offerings, and coordinate dining service delivery.
Plan, organize, and execute special dining functions, group bookings, and promotional events.
Manage stock purchasing, inventory control, and supplier pricing within budgetary targets while maintaining detailed records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Ensure the entire dining and bar facility strictly complies with local health, food safety, hygiene regulations, and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
Manage reservations, welcome guests, oversee table service standards, and directly handle customer inquiries or feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
