We're currently seeking two
Diploma Educators
(or someone actively working towards their Diploma) to join a well-established early learning service in a permanent role.
This is a great opportunity for educators who is passionate about early childhood education and are looking for a long-term role with a supportive leadership team, excellent resources, and genuine opportunities for professional growth.

The Role




You'll be working in a 22 placed room with staff above ratio
.
As part of the team, you'll help deliver high-quality educational programs, support children's learning and development, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the delivery of engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
Creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive setting for children
Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider team
Contributing to programming, observations and documentation
Ensuring compliance with regulations and centre policies
Supporting the overall day-to-day operation of the service
About You:
Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or is actively working towards one
Has a genuine passion for early childhood education
Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
Builds strong relationships with children and families
Takes pride in delivering high-quality education and care
Is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying)
Current Blue Card / Working With Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications, or willingness to obtain
