You will be responsible for welcoming customers at the airport and providing a smooth and professional car rental experience from pick-up to return.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming customers and managing vehicle pick-ups and returns
Processing rental agreements and payments
Explaining rental conditions and vehicle information
Checking vehicles and reporting any damage
Preparing vehicles for the next customer
General branch and airport operational duties
About you
Is confident, friendly and skilled
Can work independently and as part of a small team
Holds a current Australian driver's licence
Previous car rental, tourism, hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
