EVT at Rydges Pit Lane is seeking an events coordinator to manage hotel events end‐to‐end, from enquiry through delivery, ensuring a superb client and hotel outcome.
You will prepare contracts, banquet event orders, invoices and floorplans, and coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Kitchen and Operations, while driving sales via the iVvy CRM. This role supports major events across our hotel and entertainment network, with day‐one perks and clear opportunities for rapid growth opportunities.
