Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branch.
Keeping up with constant change.You'llsupport our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.
Being the face of the branch and customer service. Become our customer's go-to person for anything from processing transactions, handling cash, investigatingqueriesorassistingwith paperwork, all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront.

This is a
12-month fixed term contract, part-time

Bairnsdale.
The roster is
56
hours per fortnight,
4
days per week. The roster details are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 08:45am to 04:15pm.

To succeed in this role,you'llconsistently deliver exceptional customer service.We'dlove you to have:




Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets
Strong attention to detail to ensure secure,accuratetransactions with a risk mindset
Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
Drive for collaboration -mateshipis crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential
