As Centre Director of a current centre in this small cluster, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the service, ensuring compliance, driving occupancy, mentoring educators, and forming genuine connections with the local community.

So who are you?
Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
(or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Previous experience in a Centre Director role in Australian settings
Proficient understanding of the NQF, EYLF, Child Safety and Compliance requirements
Confident in managing budgets, occupancy, and team performance
Passionate about mentoring and developing educators
