The Service:
Our client is an exciting and growing early learning centre with a clear vision to create a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can thrive. As a newer service, this is a unique opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood leader to play a key role in shaping the culture, operations, and educational direction of the centre from the ground up.
The centre is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education programs that foster curiosity, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning while supporting each child's individual development and wellbeing.
About the Role:
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the service, driving occupancy growth, building a positive team culture, and ensuring exceptional educational outcomes for children and families.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about mentoring educators, building strong community relationships, and establishing a centre recognised for excellence in early childhood education and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of educators and staff.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring smooth and effective centre management.
Build and maintain occupancy through strong community engagement and family relationships.




Lead the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
Build robust partnerships with children, families, and the wider community.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and all relevant legislation.
Manage centre budgets, resources, and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the centre's long-term growth and success.
About you:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Demonstrated experience in a Centre Director, Centre Manager, Assistant Director, or other leadership role within an early childhood setting.
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience growing occupancy and building positive relationships within the community.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators.
