Explorers Early Learning is opening a brand-current Croydon Centre and seeks an experienced Centre Director to lead from day one. You'll recruit, develop and nurture a high‐performing team, while shaping a warm, inclusive culture for children, families and educators.
You'll work closely with our Operations and Support Office to ensure a smooth opening and ongoing high standards, guided by EYLF, NQS and Reggio Emilia principles.
