What You'll Do:
Lead with Love:
Be the heart and soul of the Toddler space, creating a safe, fun, and stimulating space for children to thrive.
Play and Learn:
Develop and deliver an exciting, play‐based curriculum that sparks curiosity and joy.
Build Bonds:
Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the local community.
Inspire and Grow:
Mentor and support your team of educators, encouraging their professional growth and development.
Stay Sharp:
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and centre policies.
What we need from you:
Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‐assessed equivalent.
Proven 2+ years experience in a Room leader role within an Australian early childhood setting.
A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.




A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
