Assurant seeks a Senior Complaints Officer based in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. You will lead the complaints function, oversee complex disputes, and make final IDR decisions while ensuring compliance with RG 271 and AFCA guidelines to deliver fair, timely outcomes.
You will coach and develop a team of Complaints Officers, monitor trends, collaborate across internal and external parties, and maintain high standards of customer service in a hybrid work workplace.
