We are seeking a dedicated and passionate
English Teacher
to join a high-performing, unique trade school in North Brisbane. This full time permanent position offers the opportunity to teach across Years 10 to 12, including:

Key Responsibilities:




Deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
Support students of varying abilities in a classroom that fosters confidence, creativity, and critical thinking.
Develop students' literacy skills, including reading, writing, and analytical thinking.
Assess and report on student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and school-wide initiatives.
Actively contribute to the school community through events and relationship building.
What We're Looking For:
A recognised teaching qualification and current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
Experience teaching English (junior and/or senior levels) in line with the Australian Curriculum.
A commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
