EBOS Group is seeking an experienced HR Services Team Leader for a 12-month parental leave contract in Australia. You will lead a team of 5, oversee HR service delivery, and ensure accurate data, analytics and reporting across AU/NZ operations.
You will report to the General Manager of HR Support Services and drive process improvements, system enhancements, and change initiatives while partnering with HR, Payroll, HRIS and stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.
