About the Service
The service provides education and care for children from
infancy through to preschool age
in purpose‐built learning environments. Programs are child‐centred, play‐based, and informed by contemporary early childhood pedagogy, with alignment to the
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

About the Role As the
Educational Leader
, you will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to support curriculum quality, educator development, and consistent educational practice across the service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring educators, overseeing curriculum delivery, and supporting best‐practice documentation and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Support and guide educators to deliver high‐quality programs aligned with EYLF
Review and oversee educational programs, documentation,



and programming cycles
Promote reflective practice and continuous improvement across the service
Mentor Room Leaders and educators through coaching and professional discussions
Support effective digital documentation and family communication
Maintain consistent, high‐quality practice across all learning environments
Communicate with families regarding curriculum and learning outcomes
Assist with family meetings, inclusive experiences, excursions, and centre events
Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to support daily operations and key activities
Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture
Skills and qualifications required
Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Master of Early Childhood Education
Current
Employee Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR certification
Strong organisation and time‐management skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative
Confident communicator and team mentor
Passion for early childhood education
