The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager,you will sit at the centre of project delivery, acting as the bridge between design, engineering, and construction teams. Working across both pre-construction and delivery phases, you will coordinate BIM workflows, manage and integrate models from multiple stakeholders, and drive clash‐free outcomes. This is a hands‐on role combining coordination, modelling, and stakeholder engagement, where your ability to bring structure, clarity, and technical insight will directly influence project performance.
Prepare and support BIM workflows across design and construction phases
Coordinate and aggregate BIM models from consultants and subcontractors
Perform clash detection and produce detailed coordination reports
Maintain BIM models, object libraries, and CAD standards
Support construction planning through 4D simulations and quantity take-offs
Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and project standards
Collaborate closely with engineering and site teams to resolve design conflicts
Provide BIM support for scheduling, costing, and project coordination
Assist in value engineering and buildability improvements
Deliver BIM training and support to project stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar
Min 3+ years' experience in BIM coordination within construction/infrastructure
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks (essential)
Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Ability to manage deadlines and operate in fast-paced project environments
Clear communication and robust attention to detail
