Location: Inner Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne | Full-time | Salary: $100,000–$135,000 + benefits

About the Role As Centre Manager / Director, you will:
Lead the
day‐to‐day operations
of a high‐performing early learning service
Mentor, coach and inspire a committed team of educators
Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community
Drive
occupancy growth and centre performance
Ensure compliance with the
National Regulations, NQS, EYLF and Victorian Frameworks
Create a
welcoming, inclusive and engaging environment
for children, families and staff
Work closely with ownership and leadership during the transition into full centre responsibility
About You You will bring:
Diploma or ACECQA‐approved equivalent in Early Childhood Education
2+ years' experience as a Centre Director or in a strong leadership role
A genuine passion for high‐quality early childhood education
Confidence across budgets, rostering, CCS and centre administration




Excellent communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills
A warm, professional and positive leadership style
A proven ability to lead teams and support occupancy growth
Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly desirable
and will be viewed favourably, given the centre's diverse community.
