They are seeking a
Philanthropy Campaign Manager
to play a key role in securing major philanthropic investment for some of the most ambitious health initiatives in the country, from life-changing medical research and imaging technology to capital campaigns that shape the future of care and social impact.
What you'll do:
Lead and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns, securing major gifts ($10K+).
Develop compelling proposals and support senior leaders in donor engagement.
Build meaningful relationships with philanthropists and communicate the impact of their giving.
Collaborate with marketing, events, and development teams to deliver exceptional campaigns.
Champion the Foundation's mission — compassion, justice, integrity, and excellence.
Who you are:




Experienced in major gifts and/or campaign fundraising within health, education, research, or the arts.
A natural relationship builder who inspires trust and generosity.
A confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into powerful stories.
Organised, strategic, and values-driven, with strong CRM and project management skills.
Tertiary-qualified FIA membership is highly regarded.
